Returns Information
We are confident that you will Love your cologne or perfume! However, If you feel that it doesn't live up to your expectations or doesn't smell like the compared original after a few sprays we offer a Full Refund on the product you have ordered! Please note: Refunds are not applicable to samples/testers, Travel Sized Bottles or Sale/Discounted items (Using Discount Code) in any quantity. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information on how to proceed with a return.
How long does shipping & delivery take?
We ship all order via USPS priority First Class Mail. Processing your order will typically take 1-3 Business Days. Shipping in USA will be 2-5 Business Days. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.
Tracking States my Order Was Delivered but It is Not Here
Not to worry, This can sometimes occur prematurely with USPS system on certain orders.Please contact your local USPS with the tracking number letting them know this as they will better be able to assist in this situation. Once a package is shipped we can only follow USPS tracking information and will be unable to assist in most situations. If a package states delivered according to USPS tracking we will only be able to assist with opening a lost claim for you.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled even if your order has not shipped yet. Please review your cart and/or contact us at ogfragrances@gmail.com with any questions before finalizing your order to avoid any issues, indecision, or confusion. Thank you.

You may track your order using your order number and email address just click here. You can locate your order number in your emails as you should have received confirmation after your order was placed.
Atomizer/Sprayer not functioning properly
We're so sorry to hear you’re having issues with your atomizer. I’ve included below some common remedies for fixing this if these fail to work I’d be happy to have a new atomizer shipped out for you ASAP! On first spray you may need to press down 5-6 times in order to get an initial spray on your bottle. This is common and is because the bottle has not yet been sprayed yet. All of our bottle are screw top so that you can conveniently decant or fix any issues with your atomizer. If you are experiencing issues try unscrewing the top and screwing this back on. Once properly screwed and secured attempt to spray 3-4 times once again. On newer bottles after initial sprays the liquid may get displaced from its dip tube. Attempt to press down on your atomizer 5-6 times once again. If these issues fail to solve your atomizer please let us know and a new atomizer will be shipped out immediately!
Damaged or Cracked Bottle
We’re so sorry to hear that this happened to your order from us. Although we try to package fragrances as safe as possible damage can sometimes occur during shipment with the courier. Please contact our support team at ogfragrances@gmail.com with your order # and a photo of how your order was received and we will be able to have a new package out for you.
Leaking Bottle or Sprayer
We’re so sorry to hear that this happened. Although we try to package fragrances as safe as possible damage can sometimes occur during shipment with the courier. Please email us with your order number and a photo of how this was received and we will have a credit issued to make up for any of the fragrance lost during transit.
Shipment Delay?
We’re sorry to hear there seems to be a delay with your package Unfortunately due to the ongoing situation surrounding COVID-19 some USPS shipments may be delayed. We apologize for this inconvenience and assure that we our doing our best to get orders out as soon as possible to help make up for these delays. If your package is not received in more than 3 business days from the originally stated address please let us know and we will be happy to inquire with USPS regarding the whereabouts.
